- Remove mildew/bleach.
- Scrape blistering & peeling paint.
- Feather sand as necessary.

- Mask & seal off windows, doors, and brick.
- Prime all surfaces.
- Repair or replace rotten wood.
- Nail down or tighten loose trim.
- Cover landscape with drop sheets.
